These terms apply to your use of clinicadeesthetica.com and to appointments and treatments at Clínica de Esthética, 71 E1, WAPDA Town Phase 1, Lahore, Pakistan. By using our website or booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Website information is not medical advice

The information on this website is for general education only. It is not a diagnosis or a substitute for a consultation with a qualified doctor. Do not delay seeking medical care because of something you read here. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital emergency department.

2. Consultations and treatment

• All treatments start with a consultation so your doctor can check that a treatment is safe and suitable for you.
• Your doctor may advise against a treatment if it is not right for you.
• Results vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee a specific result, and some treatments need several sessions.
• You will be told about the expected benefits, risks and aftercare before treatment, and asked to sign a consent form where needed.
• Please give us complete and accurate information about your health, medicines and allergies. This is essential for your safety.

3. Appointments, late arrival and cancellations

• Appointment requests made through the website or WhatsApp are confirmed only when our team confirms them with you.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit. If you are late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
• If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance by phone or WhatsApp.
• For some treatments a deposit may be needed to secure your booking. We will tell you if this applies.

4. Fees and payment

• Prices depend on the treatment, the area treated and the number of sessions. You will receive a quote before treatment starts.
• Payment is due on the day of treatment unless agreed otherwise.
• Prices may change. The price confirmed at your consultation applies to the treatment plan you agree to.
• Fees for treatments already carried out are not refundable. Any refund for unused prepaid sessions is at the clinic’s discretion.

5. Aftercare

Following your aftercare instructions is important for safe recovery and good results. If you have any concern after treatment, contact us straight away.

6. Photographs

Clinical photographs may be taken as part of your medical record. They will not be used for marketing without your separate written consent. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Website use

• All text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to Clínica de Esthética unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
• You must not misuse the website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access or by sending harmful code.
• Links to other websites, such as WhatsApp or Google Maps, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

8. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or always online. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law of Pakistan or our professional duty of care to you as a patient.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore.
